Warranty terms and conditions
Trafomic Oy grants a five- (5) year warranty on Walle charging units from the date of purchase, provided that a qualified professional performs installation. The new warranty terms apply to units installed on or after January 1, 2025; otherwise, the warranty period is two (2) years.

To be eligible for the five-year warranty, the customer must submit an installation report completed by a qualified electrician to Trafomic Oy.
The installation report is included in the charging unit's packaging. You can also download the installation report template here (Fi). An electrician holding a valid Tukes registration number must complete the installation report.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Trafomic Oy’s General Terms and Conditions (FI) shall apply.
All complaints must be submitted by completing and returning the designated complaint form (FI).
