These delivery terms are effective as of January 12, 2017.

The store sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

Ordering

Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to your shopping cart and completing payment through an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Any contact details requested when placing the order will only be used for order fulfilment or to resolve any issues that may arise, unless otherwise specified. By ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in force.

Payment and payment methods

Payment is processed via Klarna Checkout, which offers invoice billing, instalment plans, card payments, and online banking payments.
By entering your information at checkout, you agree to the terms of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept Walle’s general terms and conditions.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) acts as a payment intermediary and service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. It appears as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice, and the payment is forwarded to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. If you have a complaint, please contact the product supplier first.

Order and payment confirmations

When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation showing your details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service right away. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number at hand. Always verify that the package contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging. In your shopping cart, we’ll estimate the delivery costs based on the primary shipping method available. You’ll see the exact delivery charges once you select your preferred payment and shipping options. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of your cart. You can choose the most suitable shipping option at checkout, and the precise delivery cost will be displayed.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and chosen shipping method. Any exceptions to the estimated delivery times, such as out-of-stock items, will be noted in your shopping cart, and we will inform you immediately of any delays after you place your order.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from such delays. Our online store will post notices of any exceptional delivery schedules.

Return conditions

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last goods or, in the case of downloadable products, 14 days after your order is received.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw using a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use our printable returns form, although its use is not mandatory.

Sending your communication concerning exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; otherwise, you will not incur any fees due to the refund.

You must send back or return the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Uncollected Package

Failure to collect your package is not the same as a return or cancellation. If you do not collect a package or notify us of cancellation separately, we will charge you for the delivery costs.

Problematic Deliveries

Suppose the product is lost or damaged in transit or does not correspond to your order. In that case, you must notify us of the defect in writing no later than 14 days after receipt, either by mail to the address provided under “Right of Cancellation and Return Conditions” or by calling the customer service number in our contact details. If the package is damaged in transit, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier you selected.
