Claim form

The customer may deliver the charging unit to Trafomic Oy themselves; however, Trafomic Oy shall not be liable for any costs arising from the disconnection and reinstallation of the charging unit.

The customer may also engage an installation contractor authorised by Trafomic Oy to disconnect and reinstall the charging unit. The warranty does not cover any additional electrical work or materials.

If it is determined that the complaint is not caused by the charging unit but by some other reason, the charging unit owner shall bear the costs incurred by the installation contractor’s site visit.
